إن جميع المشاركين مدعوون لحضور اجتماع مع لجنة التحكيم في قاعة مركز مكة للمعارض.
بهدف طرح ما لديهم من أسئلة والحصول على جميع المعلومات الضرورية حول المسابقات.

حفل توزيع الجوائز
توزيع الميداليات البرونزية والفضية والجوائز الأخرى للفائزين خلال أيام المسابقات، ماعدا لميداليات الذهبية يتم توزيعها خلال الحفل لختامي للجوائز في قاعة مركز مكة للمعارض.
