Requirements
- Chef Member: A minimum of one year work experience at the level of Demi Chef de Parties up to Junior Sous Chef
- Junior Chef Member: All other kitchen associated position (No Minimum Work Experience Required)
- Amateur Member: All Individuals, without any associated professional kitchen experience
Membership Application-Individual
Important Information about the membership of the Association version:
- The registration of this form does not necessarily mean acceptance as a member of the Association, unless it has been approved by the membership of the committee in charge of the Association.
- The Commission of Association have the right to reject any memberships has not complete the information that need or he\she have other problem at his information
- the membership card of Association cannot be issued unless he or she co-payment the fees of a membership.
- after the Commission of Association approved for Membership, and the Membership has pay the fees required it will be issued membership card within 30 days from the date of approval.
- The registration with incorrect information in this form will cause the rejection of membership of this Association.
